Is MYSPACE NOT the HOT SPOT anymore?

i dont get online much so i just signed up to check what was up with the site about 6/7 months ago....and never really did log back on but once every couple months ... but i noticed when i logged on this week like after 6 months of totally forgetting about my page that peoples "friends" are signing peoples comment boxes with corny ads now.. whats up with that.. the site is dead now huh??? not surprised...thought the whole idea was corny anyway.. hittin your friends pages with comments everyday.. we got cell phones for that

lets get a poll going

is myspace dead yea or no and who actually logs on everyday

Is MYSPACE NOT the HOT SPOT anymore?

No it deffenitly is not dead. Its still the online place to be for friends, love, and just having fun. I do think they are having lots of trouble with hackers, and I think thats the main source of all the advertisments. I acctually think its bigger than ever a lot of people are starting to get into it young, old, it doesnt matter. Yes I log in about 4 times a week.

I have exactly TWO people that I communicate with regularly on MySpace. I get a ton of so-called "friends" that are porn sites. I spend all my time erasing those. It's a pain. MSN chat went down the tubes because of all the porn that was getting on it. They then went to a pay service to get rid of the porn but all that did was completely collapse MSN chat. I see the same thing happening to MySpace.

yea the corney adds thing is due to dumb ppl bein online... clicking %26amp; logging into anything. ionno how many times tom %26amp; i shoudl stress this but if is not the actual myspace homepage....DONOT LOG INTO IT... gosh golly...

but newho yea.. at first myspace was about who had one... not all of your firends had one... .so we was waiting for them to get one... .now that every body %26amp; they momma gots one(literally... i find it sad seing ppl over the age of thirty w/ a effin myspace page.) nobody knows what to do w/ themselves.

myspace has been %26amp; always will be pretty lame. it was a little amusing for a while but is was just a fad.. pretty soon ppl are gonna be like myspace who???

i do log on everyday but that is b/c i do have a myspce lifestyle... lol... i know immma lame... but i can't help myself...

Those ads are mainly from people's accounts being hacked. They look like they're from your friends, but they're really not.

I saw the comment that someone posted saying that they think it's sad for anyone over the age of 30 to have a MySpace page. Well, I just wanted to say that I find that comment offensive. I'm 31 years old and I have a MySpace that I use to keep in touch with family members and keep up to date with my favorite country artists. I mean really, what's wrong with someone over the age of 30 having a MySpace anyway? I don't see a problem. The Terms Of Service for MySpace at http://www.myspace.com/Modules/Common/Pa... says you have to be 14 years of age or OLDER, but it does NOT specify what age they mean as older. Therefore, there is NOTHING wrong with people over the age of 30 having a MySpace page.
